Do you need to use an ink with high CHEMICAL and PHYSICAL resistance in pad printing?

TAMPOCAT

TAMPOCAT is a series developed for pad printing applications on a wide variety of substrates.

It is a two-component ink, the use of which is above all indicated when a high physical and chemical resistance is required, as well as when a good adhesion to difficult substrates is required:

  • PA
  • aluminum
  • stainless steel
  • polyethylene
  • treated polypropylene.

Other Supports Supports such as:

  • Polyester
  • Methacrylate
  • Rigid PVC
  • ABS, SAN, CAB.

MAIN FEATURES:

  • Brilliant finish
  • High drying speed
  • Drying by evaporation + crosslinking (2 components: The ink + the catalyst)
  • High resistance to alcohol, petrol, fats, acids, detergents, alkalis
  • High weather resistance
  • Great chemical and abrasion resistance.

SPECIAL FEATURES:

In the case of using the ink with the catalyst, it must be taken into account that a minimum of 72 hours are required to achieve the optimal chemical and physical resistance.
